Solar Cell Fabrication and Testing: Single/Multijunction Junction by Soft and Vacuum Approaches

PV research involves in a complete solar cell device fabrication from its individual components (absorbers, electron/hole transport layers) for photo conversion efficiency (PCE) and followed by its PCE certification. In brief we focus on interdisciplinary combinations of material synthesis, optimizations of device architectures by tuning the optoelectronic properties. Our long term goal is to bridge the academic and industrial sectors, by delivering a higher efficiency stable photovoltaic technology at a much lower cost than existing in the global market.

We also embrace the advancements in materials science by fabricating PDs and LEDs with possible ever-shorter wavelengths, to shine our Solar cells and Photonics Research Laboratory (SPRL) with bright variety of colors.
